TITLE CORRECTION: Ive felt like ive had choosing signals but HOW do i respond to them?

So Im really inexperienced in the meeting new girls aspect. Im 23, and i was in a 3 year relationship with a girl, that was my FIRST ever girlfriend (just broke up with her 3 months ago). Ive been to the club, irresponsible ik, 4 times after we left each other and ive had three occasions that i have never in my life experienced.

The first time i was buying a drink, and this BEAUTIFUL black girl, nice face, nice body, well dressed comes, sits right by me and grabs my butt. I just said hi to her. She stands up, starts dancing and I tried to act all cool and shit so i just grabbed her waist and started dancing with her. When we were dancing she was flirting so hard with me, smiling, perv eyes stuck into me, i got close to her neck and she raised her neck and i just DIDNT KNOW WTF TO DO LMAAAO. So at the end i didnt do shit and she stayed by herself with her friends and me in another table

The second time, same day, im drunk af and this asian woman comes out of nowhere and she asks me out to dance. (Like she did hand gestures telling me to stand up and dance with her) i was so drunk, idk if she was flirty because honestly i was TOO DRUNK

And the third time, another day another club, my friend and I decide, mostly him, to go and talk to a group of 6 females. I wasnt really feeling all good that day so i wasnt really social. So when we get to the table this cute girl comes by my side and she says "my drink matches with your shirt" and I was just like "yeah" LMAO after that shes dancing and i pass in front of her and shes singing to me

I Know i fucking suck LMAAAO what would you guys have done? I feel like im good building a relationship but I SUCK starting one
