Why would you want to?

The gym is place for YOUR growth and development. It's also a place she might want to do the same. More likely than not, she's won't be lifting with you and you probably won't be eager to do cardio.

Keep the gym and your dates separate.

I've done it 4 times I can think of. Do not do it. There is no return. You just end up training her for free.
