I dont think anybody will have any average to high chance of success during COVID. There are many reasons but I'll have to say that fear of the virus is big. What I've noticed that people are more hesitant to talk to strangers, probably due to the fear of contracting it. Not everyone's the same but if you put it into statistics, each guys will have a proportionally lower chance of success.

Only scenario where cold approach would work is at a bar/restaurant, where both parties have masks off at the table, and are able to make moves from distance until both provide signs of interest.

I’ve seen essentially no pushback for cold approaches. Flake rate may be higher bc of virus fear. On the other hand, flakes may even be lower bc of reduced social opportunities for most women. I’m currently in the process of getting data for this but my feeling is things are gucc.
