Good but you’ve missed 2 most important tips for social scenarios:

-actually be the one to introduce yourself to everyone, literally when for example you have new classes or you enter a house party, make a tour exchanging names and shaking hands with everyone. I cannot stress this more -breaking the touch narrier in a friendly manner is super important. It’s our specie innate ritual to distinguish a friend from a foe.

-be the one to suggest or even host a group activity. Being seen as a leader gives you a head start and makes you super attractive. For example, you’ve started some new classes -go in front of the whole group and say e.g. ‚Hey, lets grab a beer next week’.

One tip for you introverts. BOARD GAMES! BOARD GAMES ARE YOUR FRIENDS! It really gets us back into the wonder and non judge mental zone of when we were kids and more eager to offer up more of ourselves and also just have fun. I love board games and they totally break the ice and keep a natural convo going, the more chaos the game causes the better and the more people you can play with, the better. I’m telling you! Words from an extrovert lol.

Also puzzles. Puzzles are a lost art but as an introvert it’s an activity you can do where moments of silence aren’t award because it’s a analytic type of activity but it will get whoever you do it with to naturally be open and want to work together with you to get it done.

talk to everyone at social events.

that's not possible, you talk to certain people and try to get into deeper conversations if possible and spend more time with them to get to know them, you cannot hoover around, platonically small talk everyone, while not really getting to know anyone. Yes, you might know who they are, without actually never getting to know them.

Talk about what interests you.

what interests me, doesn't interest most people. I could start talking about gaming and the latest GSL starcraft 2 tournaments, but no one actually gives af about starcraft, let alone knows what that is

other points check out, which can be summed up into one:

don't overthink and just focus on the person/s in front of you, you know how to interact with people, you did it when you were a kid, you did it in school and you will do it now. Stop overthinking things.
