Hi everyone. Just a quick question: When you're just meeting a girl for the first time, are you supposed to tell her that you think she's attractive? Like

"Hi I'm Kevin. I think you're cute so I decided to come say hi."

Is that the way? I always believed that you were only supposed to let a girl know that you're into her after a few weeks of knowing her. I genuinely don't know what I'm doing and I could really use the advice.
