America is where gynocracy has the worst effect. However I'm in the UK and it can be bad over here. My dad was completely divorce raped by my mom; she cheated on him for being beta, then when he broke frame and started having outbursts cited him as abusive and violent in court. She got the alimony, 70-30 on the equity split for the house after promising him at least a 60-40, and Dad can't talk about any of it or my sister will disown him. He now works 2 jobs.

In the UK, prenups are worthless. When you get a divorce, the court will pool your collective assets and divide them as it sees fit. This is regardless of when or how you got the money. Inherited millions whn you were three years old? Don't matter. If the court determines she gets primary custody and she was a stay at home mom... Assume the position please.

Hong Kong and other colonies are the same AFAIK. In fact, if you marry someone from Hong Kong, they can have the divorce there, because they have a significant connection to the place (grew up there etc.)... (I like asians. Been doing my homework.)

Prenups tend to be more likely to be honored in the USA, although they're still thown out more often than they should be.

I can't tell you what the child support system in the UK is like. Here in america it's completely backwards REKT/FUBAR just like the tax system is. Although it's better than some countries and that's saying something.
