In this situation, a classic one (if you're a little shy) is to write your name and phone number on a piece of paper and confidently (smile on your face, hold her gaze briefly) hand it to her as you're leaving (perhaps even hand it to her with your tip, if you live in a country where tipping is expected). You'll know soon enough if she's interested.
