As a girl I just want to let you know, most women want emotional connections instead of someone who "doesn't care". If you put out the idea that you don't care, it's alarming. A lot of the "alpha male" advice I've seen for men looking for relationships is very frightening behavior that would scare a lot of women away or pressure them into cooperating because otherwise they're scared the man might lash out. As for the girl pushing you around, of course stand up for yourself. There's nothing wrong with speaking your mind, especially if you're being mistreated. But in the dating world, please just respect who you're interested in. There's nothing wrong with having confidence, but it becomes an issue when it turns into treating a woman as if she's a game to be won or a puzzle to solve. The truth is, women do like nice guys, but we don't like nice guys who treat "nice" like it's the only thing they have to bring to the table. Basically, if you choose to take this route- no means no, discomfort means no, rejection means no. I notice a lot of people labelling themselves as alpha males don't understand this concept.
