Continue pursuing other women and be abundant. Post more fun stuff that you are doing on your story so she sees how much fun you have (Be aware of Covid please). Invite her to some of these events. Separate yourself from your friend a bit more (not too much but show distinction) so she doesn't see you as her ex's friend but rather your own person. Act like you are confused as well and don't know whether you want her or not. Let her know in a not obvious way that you are screening her.

Dude man up. So what if she rejects you again? I think your problem is that you haven’t been rejected enough times. As soon as you get rejected multiple times over and over, you will grow confidence and rejections will not hurt anymore. You’ll just laugh about the rejections .
