I'm 46. 18-28 is easy, they like the gray hair in my beard. Bitches my age are usually aware that I'm not going to commit to them, so they are more difficult to fuck. Go figure, less attractive but make it harder to fuck them, cats need good homes too.

How do I do it? Muscles, attitude, confidence beyond comprehension, and game.

Stop whining and thinking you're too old to fuck young hot girls, go fucking do it. You won't get laid if you're a whiny bitch, you won't get any if you're trying to be something you're not. That means you have to be something attractive. If you're mid 30s and cant bench 200lbs, you fucked up and wasted the years you could build muscle easily.

I'm 37, and my typical target is college age. In truth, it's where I roll best. Aspiring high achievers who aren't there yet dig me hard. Girls who are three months from graduating are a big bucket of "yes, please."

I run pure evil asshole game with a big side of hint of violence. I've said everything to women up to and including threatening to break bones and cracking jokes about caging them in a dungeon. It always works.
I've aged well. Door people regularly lose their shit when they scan my ID and see my age. So that helps. I've pretty much looked 30 since I hit 15, and that's starting to work out nicely.
Power posture / pose. Lean on shit, manspread like a motherfucker.
Be brutally distant. I don't actually approach very much. Also, I'm a big fan of catch and release when I do approach. Chat, act like it's no thing and then leave without resolving the conversation. Orbit back an hour later. Women die for that shit. Disinterest sells.
I dress well, but I also mess it up a bit. Jeans with high-end dress shirt. Untucked dress shirts with high-end boots. Also: wear good cologne. Girls with older man issues eat that shit up.
Always act like you're about ready to die from listening to her. I frequently resort to not even actually listening. Women explode over that shit.
When you make your move, go hard. I typically skip what the traditional PUAs call kino and go right to full sexualization. Grind and grope. If grind and grope goes well, dip a finger while you're still on the dance floor. Girls who dig the older guys are dying for confidence.
Be handsome / don't be ugly. If I'm being 100-percent honest, I'm decently handsome. It helps. I've done shit that would get an ugly dude charged with sexual assault.
