You have been rejected in that you've asked tons of girls out and they say no or do you mean you assume you would be rejected if you made a move and so you never try?

Those are two very different things.

How many girls have you asked out in the last few years? If that answer is a small number, that's the underlying problem - there may be tons of girls who find you attractive, but you have to make a move.

Maybe the issue isn't that they are not interested in you, maybe the issue is that you can't see it.
