For me it took time. But I didn't have TRP to guide me until the end of my oneitis.

First you need to develop an abundance mentality. She's not a unicorn. As perfect as you think this girl is you're wrong. She's not perfect and there are women out there that are better than this girl in every category.

Hit the gym.

Lifting will start boosting your confidence and take your mind off of this woman. After awhile you'll notice you can game women of higher quality and this girl will be a pleb compared to the next girls you'll start banging.

Speaking of banging..

Start gaming other women. Stop your obsession over this girl by meeting new women and realize that this girl is just a normal girl. Nothing special.

Cut contact.

If you want to distance yourself from her there is no better way to do so than not talking to her. Delete her from social media and off your phone.

I'm going with /u/SaintMarinus on this one, but secondly:

I noticed that all the girls in highschool that I had major crushes on ended up as boring, not very attractive people. Those are the best examples because those were the girls you idolized, put so much importance on. Therefore the relief factor is huge when you look behind the curtain and find they're no more magical than the next girl.
