Judo is not good for self defense, better for competition. When you train judo you are standing and working on throws. Sure, there are a few submissions, but because of competition rules the submissions must be quick and explosive or else the ref will stand you back up. Because of this it isn't as good as BJJ IMO. Judo throws are incredibly deadly and pretty cool, but I would choose BJJ. You seem to know it all already, good luck in whatever you decide on doing.

BJJ isn't striking, its submission grappling. In MMA gyms the striking is typically Muay Thai or Kick Boxing based. It isn't really integrated into a BJJ technique because they're completely different. There is no striking in BJJ, just chokes and subs. You really would integrate striking in a street fight. When I was in NYC for business earlier this summer I saw the Wall Street types. Scores of men in suits out during their lunch hours. 90% of these men were easily in the top 10-5% of men. All of them fit, good looking, pristine social skills, dressed amazing, etc.. And God only knows how smart they are.. It's insane how cool and competitive an environment like that sounds. I've heard that when you hold eye contact with women and they look down it could mean they're shy and interested. Make eye contact with everybody, give a little smile. I've never tried them, not really into drugs. I have a friend who likes to experiment with drugs and he gave it a go. Made him feel overly-happy for awhile and then it faded away. He also brought nothing to the table regarding the discussion on hand.
