Depends a little on the woman obviously, but if I had to be really direct and unromantic: Soft skin and squishy content. A little like a butt, but an untrained soft one, not a toned one from someone who does lots of squats. And of course without hairs usually and with waaaaaay softer skin and smaller pores.

Yes, imagine the softest, hairless skin on your body stretched over something squishy like your butt cheeks. Incredibly soft, probably softer than the softest skin on your body. And then, when you squeeze a little more, you notice the tissue inside is actually not one homogenous sack of fat, but there's a structure to it. Within the fat there are strings with lots of small knots, and it's all arranged in a kinda like tree structure (that's the mammary glands and blood vessels).

Finally, there are the areola and nips. Usually, the aerola and nips have another skin texture to them, more like.. like the glans of a circumsized man. A little rougher and bumpy, but still very soft. And the nips themselves actually have a similar consistency and texture as a penis tip as well, I would say. This actually varies greatly between women. For most, the nips can erect pretty much like the tip of a penis. For some it stays mostly soft. For some even the areola does an erection type of thing where the area swells a little and becomes more.. engorged and a little more stiff (with the skin itself still being really soft).

I believe this is the most accurate I can get with words.
