A little backstory for context: I know unicorns ain't real, and I understand AWALT. But something has been missing from my life.

I've never been in a relationship in my life and I finally found a female I feel a spark with. I have had many plates the past 4 years, and over time I've changed the majority of my beta ways. I have not had the desire to pursue any woman romantically since December 2011. It's not that I had a damaging experience with any 1 girl, but I was working at a restaurant (staffed by all but 2 females) and reading up on Style & PUA and I started to see women as the conniving little horndogs they are at heart.

I haven't emotionally invested myself in a while. I had hardened myself over to the point where I thought I would never feel the same way towards women. So along comes this girl who just makes me feel a certain way when I'm with her. I know I could plate her and she'd be over tonight if I asked. But I kind of like this feeling, and I know if I treat her like every other girl this feeling will be gone. I know she's looking for something serious, and I'm considering putting the game down for a bit to try my hands at being the man she's looking for.

I'm just looking for tips on: entering the relationship on my terms, keeping her interest in me high (this was always my issue with girls), and just other things that you guys may have picked up from dating experience?
