As background, I live in a large upscale apt complex that reminds me of Melrose Place - in FL - full of 20-30somethings. Lots of military, medical, business young professionals and rich students living on their parents dime. I am 43, single, divorced living my best life starting over. Have very good career position. My apt is overlooking the pool where hotties sit in their bikinis all day. There is a nice gym downstairs I work out at and lots of girls there. Girls are out and about the complex grounds walking their dogs etc. Lots of girls are coupled up but many are not. I am working on game having been out of it for the last 20+ years in committed relationships.

What is the best way to pickup younger girls at my complex without earning a label of being that creepy older guy that hits on everyone? There a good number of attractive 25-30 yo dudes to compete with. My physique and build is above average, but I still got a dad bod.

I think the answer is to indirect approach with just simple natural interactions about the present environment or something we have in common (hey you getting your steps in like me? Pool is freezing Huh, btw I’m ___ ) but not go for the number right away until some rapport is built, maybe after a few interactions of seeing the same one around. I will need leverage my older, successful, mysterious aura. Or maybe I need to rewatch Melrose Place lol. Curious to see if y’all have any specific game strategies?
