Depends on how rationale she's willing to be. If you can, get an appraisal and talk to a realtor and state depending, an attorney, to get an idea of how much you'll make if sell it.

Use that number to determine what you should do and maybe she'll agree.

Example, if it's going to be 'we're only getting 10k if we sell' maybe she'd be willing to take 5k to just sign it over to you.

Or she could be like my Ex, and convinced the house is worth more than it is, and doesn't understand no matter what I say that you don't get to keep all the money minus the mortgage, that their are lots of closing costs, and so just because we put 50k down, doesn't mean we're even getting 50k back.

Crunch the numbers for ideal outcome. Just look at it as a math problem. Get someone from your family or friends who is good at math or finance to spell out the dollars and cents around your decision. There might be more than two options. For example you could rent it out. You could rent it out and share the expenses and profits with your stbx.

Lot of options so make the best money play. Ask trusted person for help.
