Within the school is fine, dating I wouldn't see a point to, especially if you're still in school.

But I was young once, so I'd say go ahead.

If you can, avoid becoming a "dater" (that game's rigged by women, for women, you cannot win), instead turn yourself into a man focused on only three essential things:

Hanging out with chicks
Having fun with them during that time
Hooking up with them

Hang out, have fun, hook up. Wait about a week, rinse and repeat. Let them call this process whatever the fuck they want to, including "dating", but always have at least 2 different girls going. Two as the minimum, shoot for around 3-5 different girls, off and on, as time permits. Unless you and the specific girl have "the relationship talk", both agreeing to be exclusive, you are not exclusive and never let them shame you into it (some girls try). Never bring up this relationship talk yourself, let the girl bring it up when she is ready. If she isn't bringing it up, she is not ready - you just stick to your "three manly things" above and stay cheery.
