This is a dumb sticking point for me, I just need a punch in the mouth as I continue to unplug in a LTR.
In this situation, we have plan A and plan B.
My girlfriend made plans a few weeks ago to invite two friends to stay with us next weekend (plan A). I forgot and made plans for us to go out of town to the lake that weekend with friends (plan B). She just remembered and tells me we can't go because of the previous plan A.
I forgot about plan A. I would much rather do plan B, even if it means going by myself. Is it wrong to stick with my plans even though I am the one that forgot about plan A? The plan A friend's are more her friends, I think they're annoying.
I know this is dumb, but I am stuck in a dichotomy between thinking I should concede nothing and always do what I want, which makes me anxious and is therefore probably the right move, or should I cancel plan B since I forgot about plan A?
Thanks for the push everyone!
