I think you're the same as me I feel good in every other aspect and can hold frame extremely well when challenged or just hold conversation well when spoken to but I don't go out and talk to people first, not because I'm scared or anything, just because I have nothing to say

It's all about how you carry yourself. That's the only thing that matters. Be confident, calm, and most definitely don't be confrontational with your quietness, that shit just comes across as (and it is) passive aggressiveness.
