I sometimes feel like the best way to escalate is by responding to a woman's signals.

For example: Instead of blindly kissing her at the end of a date, instead I'll just watch for her signals: like if she's lingering by my car saying she had a good time and she should be off this weekend while giving me "the look"

My question is: Do most women do this, or is it up on the guy to just blindly go for it?
