I just started understanding a bit of the inner workings on social conditioning, and its affect on me.

Anyways this really cute girl from work added me on Facebook while I'm out of town, I was unsure of how to proceed, so I slept on it.

I recalled a few days before I left I gave her just a tiny bit of too much attention, (e.g Asking to show me a interior design project in her bedroom that she was telling me about [ although she mentioned that it's easier to see in person, I have a feeling she wanted me to go for it.]) And it left a bad taste in my mouth. So upon seeing her request, and realizing that I haven't really put any effort into my profile, nor do I want her snooping around, I decided to reject her request.

Now, I realize this is probably not a big deal for many of you, and it really isn't to me either, but I couldn't help but feel a tiny bit of 'something,' when I realized what I did.

Can anyone add any input to this? I'm still reading my material while I'm on Holiday, and I even went as far as losing my virginity to a prostitute to get over my conditioning that I learned as a kid. I'm on board with this ideology, I just am curious what other people would have done

Thanks,!
