Hey,
I'm a bartender and as such am surrounded by people all the time. Thanks to this my social skills have vastly improved. Particularly when dealing with women.
I remember starting and having a beautiful girl approach me at the bar. She was obviously interested, and so I went to dance with her, and then say hi or whatever whenever I'd walk past her.
Funny thing is she lost interest. This happened multiple times with different women.
Fast forward..
Beautiful girl at the bar, and I'm hardly paying attention to her. We share some friendly banter occasionly but I let her do her thing as I do mine.
She's sitting in a chair at the bar next to my buddy and I need to show him something on my phone, so I sit on the chair with said girl. She immediately sits on my lap and is bouncing to the music. I ignore it as I'm on my phone and talking to my buddy. Only attention I gave her was wrapping one arm around her as I carried on with my business.
Needless to say her attraction rose after that and she vied for my attention more.
This happened while another pretty girl I was sleeping with was at the bar as well. It's a fun challenge socially navigating multiple women who are into you without getting a drink thrown in your face.
So the take away here is to be calm, cool and collected. Do not let her get a rise out of you, if she gives you shit look at her with a stoic expression or playful smirk if appropriate.
The amount of times I say "you're cute when you're mad" with a slight smirk I cant even count. But I've noticed they almost always change their tune after that.
You are a mountain being buffeted by winds unmoving. Let her come to
