I have seen multiple women chase men (mostly because most of my friends are women ) . Usually they have a “backstage fight” and the looser are forbiden from chasing him .

The other options is one where they don’t know each other .

Men are publicly competitive , women are not .

Women compete with ferocity over high value men. Most guys you see in your life are average, not high value, hence you never see them compete for your every day guy.
