There is a technique you can use to destroy guys like this.

Most guys have an ego, especially guys like this. What you can do is encourage him to brag about himself. Act like you are just being normal and are not reactive to anything he is doing. But, see if you can get him to brag about himself in some way. Or talk about his accomplishments, or try to impress the girl in some way. Women see this as supplicating to them and they will lose all attraction for the guy.

At the same time don’t be reactive to anything that is happening. Everything should be no big deal.

Then just be more fun that the guy bragging about himself. Let him blow himself out.

I've actually had this happen a few times.

TLDR: Don't let yourself get bothered, have fun with it.

Had a dude physically try to box me out, so I put my hand on the small of his back and whispered in his ear that I wanted to hear what he had to say. He apparently wasn't comfortable with intimate male touch, so he got spooked.

The girls laughed, so every time he tried some amoggy shit, I gave him more...affection. He left.

Another time I was talking to a woman outside a bar, a dude came in with a whole pickup line, so I was like, "Oh is this that 'pickup' thing I've heard about? Neat!"

Then I started critiquing his "game."

He eventually just asked for her number, she said, "Why should I give it to you?" and his response was something like, "because you're pretty and I want to go out with you."

"That's what you're going with? Booooo."

Meanwhile, I watched a 6'3" jacked marine lose a woman he brought to a party because my 5'6" friend was just completely unbothered by him. Marine dude got bothered, started doing weird defensive shit, and the woman was out.

So don't get bothered. Have fun.

depends on his level of game. most men crumple easily under pressure when you start teasing them. their ego is very weak and delicate. if theyre a real player tho then use them as a wingman.

If I'm talking to a girl I like and a guy interrupts the conversation, I just include him in the conversation and be nice to him to show I'm not insecure or threatened or territorial and that I'm just a chill dude who likes to talk to people.

If I were to find myself actually getting excluded from the conversation with the girl and the guy talking more to each other and disregarding me, I'd just leave. That kind of thing wouldn't happen in the first place if the girl preferred me to the other guy, and nothing I say is going to turn that around or "win her over." I'd just take the hint and smile and say "it was nice talking to you guys" and walk away.

Welcome to the primitive arena that represents bars, clubs, etc. Only those who are more aggressive, daring, and shameless succeed. Those who are weak, submissive, shy fail.

You have to be more aggressive than them which can lead to a lot of tension and fights or at least look muscular and intimidating so other guys feel it ain’t worth it to risk it.

You could try to set traps for him like getting him to impress the girl, feeding his ego with fake praise so he becomes obnoxious, or bringing the conversation to a logical topics of conversation to kill the mood.

But those things require serious social skills, and remaining cool under pressure specially with guys who are likely to ignore you, push you away, or make fun of you in front of the girl. Not easy.

So the best thing is to look muscular and tough and that will dissuade your competition.

Once a guy did this, and I kinda forced my way back into the conversation and stuck my hand out directly in front of him for a handshake and said "hi, I'm (name), what's your name?". He just looked at me with total disgust and walked off.

I’ve been going out to bars for like 15 years and this is a situation that I’ve seen happen so rarely that it’s not even worth spending time thinking about.

And if it’s happening to you it’s because you look like someone that people can walk all over. No confidence, bad body language, not in good shape, short, etc

I learnt from Tyler, the guy from social dynamics, to get into logical topics, ask him logical questions and that will turn off the woman since she is close, she will expericience all that stuff, and since you might know, women are turn off by logical topics, yeap, get into logical topics with the guy ,as many questions as you possibly can,
