This is a sincere call for help.

A year ago my friend and coworker looked like he'd seen a ghost. The day before he had been playing with his two kids at a park and loving life. That day he had received a call from his ex wife saying he couldnt see his kids ever again because of physical abuse. This was a false accusation.

He's been battling this for a year. He's burning money with lawyers who dont seem to care. He's gone through multiple CPS reviews and always came out spotless. Hes a highly educated and well regarded professional. He loved being a father.

But he still cant see his kids. He's wasnt allowed to be with them for holidays, birthdays, school events.

I check with him on this a few times a month, and the story is still the same. The ex wife says its not safe, so the kids stay with her. No evidence to back this up, and plenty of evidence to refute it.

What can he do? Seriously, who can help him? Are there advocacy groups? Are there specialized lawyers who arent scammers?
