I'm a 24M who recently moved to Cologne(Köln), and I'm looking for a wingman or some friends to hang out with.

I have a keen interest in observing human behavior and psychology, so it would be awesome to have a wingman or a friend to go out and talk with others. We can help each other improve our social skills, make friends, and just chill together. If you're already good at this, maybe you could share some tips and help me improve.
