The sidebar material is really important. It takes a long time to really have it sink in and become who you are. A couple of weeks isn't enough time.

Even if she doesn't see the other hot girls hitting on you, it must be true if you're not interested in her. But the converse also holds true. "He is paying a lot of attention to me. He must not have other girls interested in him. What's wrong with him?" And boom, she's looking for someone better.

If you're fit, and you claim you are, then RP is where you need to be to get your head in the right place.

You probably were being a dick and didn't realize it. I've found a lot of people here equate the teasing/negging/etc with "be a dick". No, don't be a dick. Also, avoid text to build/develop shit.
Never build or develop things over text, especially over Tinder, because your comments can be taken out of context and read by the other person in the worst possible way.
You got your foot in the door with her number so there was obviously interest in things progressing on her part, you should have left it at that until you met up.
You are being cock-blocked by people here saying you should insult her. There's ways to tease without driving away the women you want. Only crazies are attracted to being treated like shit.

Don't tease that much over text, you need to tone it down alot. Without tone-of-voice and body-language most teasing comes off as being a dick. Save the teasing for face to face when she can realize you're teasing instead of being serious.
