Try weening yourself off porn. Cut down little by little, maybe till you get to once a week. Im from the school of thought (or my theory is) that the whole rainbow thing is a result of things like porn, ruining your relationships, and you then being fed the idea that it must be that you’re into the same sex. In short, Fight your lustful urges (porn addiction) and see if things change.

To elaborate, As far as the second part of your question, as a straight guy, I can 100% tell you its not the visual that gets me hard. Its the intimate, relationship-based side of interacting with women. For example, when meeting a new woman, if we click and I sense her femininity and the feeling of things going well seems mutual, I’ll typically have at least a chub. See, its not that she’s hot, its the feeling I get while interacting with her. The feeling that she is calm, girly, etc (every guy has his own version but theyre almost all related to some sort of emotion) is what makes you aroused. I say this because That is why porn is destructive, it ruins your ability to connect on an intimate emotional level. Notice how you approached the whole topic through a visual lens not an intimate one. Your years of using this sort of stuff has definitely shifted you into seemingly a visual-only mode. You may not realize it as its a habit at this point but your very persistent use of porn has, in theory, ‘hollowed out your soul.’ You need that intimate side of things, and you wont get it approaching life through a purely physical visual lens.

I’ll give you another example. One of my old buddies used to be an even heavier user of porn. He would wank it 3-6 times a day (no joke). He would then constantly vent to the group that he couldn’t get a girlfriend. However, when he would approach girls he would not connect with them emotionally at all. To him, he would approach them solely for lustful purposes and scare them off. He had trained himself to view girls as purely physical ‘objects’ (if that makes sense), and not for the gentle emotional beings they are. It wasnt until he put himself in the right environment MANY years later that he was finally able to get his first girlfriend. The environment was a martial arts gym, where he became obsessed with competing and suddenly his life was no longer about chasing a girl. He stopped wanking as much during the time that he got this obsession and boom… first girlfriend and theyve been together since then.

No, you are not supposed to get hard when you see a pretty girl. Or let me put it differently - the fact that you dont get hard by looking at sexy girls does not mean you are gay.

I rarely even get hard when I see a naked woman. What gets me hard is the kissing, touching etc.

You still might be bi.. just go out there and experiment with various people.

Porn is fine. Masturbating is fine, research shows regular ejaculation (like 3-4 a week) reduce chance for prostate cancer. Seems you're a virgin. Get laid, sooner the better, with sex workers is fine too.

And for the other question of getting hard: yeah you're fried your brain on porn, but the good news is that it's absolutely reversible. You're just supposed to get hard when things heat up, just get in a relationship and it should come naturally.
