Married 8 year, 2 children 5 & 7, live in Ohio. Just starting dissolution process. She brings home $1000/week untaxed in disability from military and can work on top of that, i bring home $12-1300/week after taxes and benefits. State calculator saying i owe her $800 in child support even at 50/50 custody. This seems high to me given similar net income and 50/50. She's stubborn in no flexibility other than staying out of system and working it out btwn two of us. Is this worth fighting in court or would it not be much/any lower? I know a lot of variable, looking for advice based on experience. Thanks!!
