How do you show anger or aggressiveness or other type of emotions

Remain non reactive.

Some people get even more pissed when you are stoic because you didn't give them the reaction or conflict they were fishing for ..which is the whole point.

Be at the cause of the drama and not the effect of it.

Good example would be my most reason FWB. She shows up at my gym just to tear me down about spending too much time with my workout partner (who was cheerleader captain in high school that I've been fitness partners with for decades) and hoping to confront both of us.

I stayed cool with an incredibly offensive smirk and told her "last time I checked we never said we were exclusive, I will do as I please no different than you, you can always find some other idiot for night time fun". She never denied I was correct yet still flipped out and caught herself a no trespass order.

Later that night she was still mad yet gave me the most pornographic experience of my life.

You show your anger by controlling your tone and smiling as you make your point, signaling that you know you are 100% in the right.
