Nothing, walk away and stay clear. Distance is your friend. She is putting you down a dangerous path, don’t engage. Live your innocence, you know you did nothing wrong. That will have to do. Stay away from her and her family.

Start your life, show them you are not who she is portraying you to be . False allegations are easy to make, hard to disprove. Damn those false accusers. Have I said it already, stay away walk away

Document any interactions with this woman and it might be a good idea to distance yourself from the father and brother in law. I think you should just walk away like some others are saying and maybe even get a new place.

Consider taking legal action.

Some people are intimidated or stressed by the idea of having to fight a legal battle. But you have to understand that crime has no expiry date. She could wait another 20 years, when you have settled down with an illustrious career and wonderful family, and then hit you with these abuse claims.

Better that you get it over and done with at 20, rather than live your life worrying about this. Also, you don't want these allegations to affect your job prospects or personal relationships, clearing your name through the courts in the surest way.

--talk to a lawyer

--find out if she has talked to police. Find out if charges have been filed or any complaints to any police agencies have been made.

--admit nothing. Do not talk about this to anyone, especially not anyone in her family.

--do not talk to anyone in her family about any of this. If you haven't done so already, go complete no contact with her and everyone else in her family, especially her father.

--do not give a statement to anyone except your lawyer. Do not give a statement to police about any of this except on the advice of a lawyer.

--if she is making false allegations and you know they're false, talk to a lawyer about possible options, including

1) cease and desist letter

2) order of protection

3) defamation lawsuit

4) complaint to police

I've had one. You're not a criminal so don't respond like one. You don't have to be defensive because you are innocent. You don't have to be angry because the issue is on their end not yours. It's the only way I had my situation fizzle out is i didn't feed it. Their goal is ultimately to transfer negative energy to you. So a fear response is what they want, anger and all that is what they want.

Just be clear and honest: no that's not me, I did not do that, I would never do that, anyone who says otherwise that's an issue on their end and for them to seek help over but I will not indulge validate or engage it in any way and wish them whatever healing they need in their life. Anyone who tries to get you to budge "just apologize you know how girls can be" and you cut them off. Draw a hard line your dignity is not for sale and you will not cow tow to liar.

Don't fight it and there will be no fight. All the fight is inside her, and it's for her to sort out on her own without your involvement.
