I want to get something off my chest. I have been doing day game for quite some time and I remember since 10 years ago to today, many dating coaches would say certain things to inspire you to get over approach anxiety by saying that if you approach a girl in person, somehow the girls are impressed by your courage or something and more than likely to give you their number. First off this is mostly bull shit in the context of reality and the amount of girls that will be do this. Are there some girls that will do this, yes, but in my experience of approaching over thousands of women, this is not the reality based on the majority. I would say the majority of girls you approach are gonna be giving you the (why are you approaching me vibe), or they will blow steam up your butt and compliment you for being brave to approach when they don't really mean it.

To make matters worse, some dating coaches claim if you approach women in groups(which is harder), they well reward you for your courage even more. This also is not reality. There have been many times I have approached girls in groups, and many of times I will walk away and hear the girls chuckle or laugh at me as they walk away. I've even approached girls in groups and the girls will look at each other shocked like this wtf attitude.

I am not writing this to say that you shouldn't approach. I still approach to this day, in fact I have gotten numbers before from even approaching girls in groups of 2 or 3 easily.

However, I have to paint the reality that a majority of the time you will get laughed at, scorned at, or even made fun of, its the reality of the world we live. So take it like it is and not imagine it all sun shine and rainbows. I feel most dating coaches are trying to make it look easier that it is.
