Hesitate to share too much of detail publicly but can DM.. the crux being my friend's ex is systemically abusing him through false accusations. She knows how to pervert the justice system in the UK to her advantage which honestly isn't hard to do. There has been many violation of his rights through her word alone with no corroborating evidence including CCTV etc.

What is the criteria to prove unreliable witness in UK law?
