Her being at work makes it very tricky for you. I'd suggest you talk to her about something fun you did or a common interest. If you click over that then you can ask her to join you next.

WARNING: This isn't worth it in my opinion. She works with you which means that if it goes south, it not only affects you romantically but potentially professionally as well.

How many other girls you have dates planned already for the next few weeks? If the answer is none then I'd suggest you focus on that instead.

it seems hit or miss. She could just be doing it to get you going, girls get off from doing that. They like playing games. Or she could like you and she keeps touching you in hopes you catch on considering it seems consistent. Also no, the chances of her just saying she likes you are very much low, that’s with any girl. They usually will just keep giving signs and it’s on you to pick up on the signs and make the move.
