Man logic: If you like something, try to obtain that something. If you like a person, be around that person, learn about that person.

Woman logic: If you like someone, pretend you don't like it back to see how much they really like you. When they show interest, pretend even harder until you're 30, lonely, unhappy and find your younger, hotter competition unbeatable.

Women still like men to approach them. Go do that.

Respect her wishes. She didn't explicitly say she didn't want to just have sex, so do that unless you already disqualified yourself with whatever you asked her such that "I'm not interested in a relationship" was her answer.
