This is wild... So she went to a Garda station in 2022 to report a crime that never happened in 2012 or maybe 2014... to a garda that never existed...? Further she picked two random people off face book as accomplices who she has also never met. There are no records of the hospital visit or of attending a garda to report the crime... So lets see here not only were there no witnesses or people who had even heard abput what happened despite her saying she told them, there was also no hospital records, police records or suggestion that she even had been in the presence of two of three alleged plaintiffs but also she waited ten yeara to report the crime, which she couldn't clarify ifnit happened inside a two year window. Who the fuck took this seriously and why?? Good mother my arse.

This is a real scandal for Irish justice system that a flimsy case like this even got into courtroom, Irish prosecutor must be a moron. And you hear the feminists speaking all the time that so many cases don't see a legal trial because prosecutors supposedly throw these cases away due to shaky evidence, well that's obviously not the case in Ireland.

I don't see any justice served here either. 3 month penalty for all that, are you kidding me? I've seen people getting more for simply being proven to intentionally bring false testimony in court over less trivial cases. And it has been mentioned that so many countries in Europe will allow you to buy out your sentence if it's shorter than 1 or 2 years, so many countries allow you to go to work while still being in prison if you behave in a good manner, so your time in jail is counted even while you work and only spend time in jail to sleep. Serving 2/3 of penalty is also common if you don't make any major incident in prison. And you can also ask for substitution of a short penalty for a community service altogether.
