During the school year everything was fine and dandy. When summer rolled around we parted on good terms since we both live in different provinces. Texted back & forth a few times at the start of summer and then stopped. With University starting back up, I sent her a text saying hey. She replied. I replied with "Hope the summer went well. When are you back in town? Let me know and well go for coffee".

I haven't heard back from her and it has been a few days.

Did I come off to strong and set off her "he's just texting me to get sex" alarm?

A friend said if I don't get a reply, I should send her a follow up text asking her "why the cold shoulder?". Personally I feel this is bad advice because I look needy.
