Sorry, but uh. Even the Middle East countries which are extremely religious and ACTUALLY kill off homosexuals, or people who break gender stereotypes because of religion and don’t use it as an excuse, they appear to be way more lenient with lesbian women and women not being in the kitchen then they are with gay men, or men who aren’t going to work and paying for the house. It appears that both lesbian women and gay men are killed off in the Middle East but they are much harsher with the level of punishments on gay men. and lesbians are way more likely to just, not be killed I guess than gay men. I agree there is different responsibilities for both genders generally (not sure about religion tho) like men calling each other handsome would be seen as gay generally but women calling women pretty is ok, because some things seen as a threat to one’s masculinity generally isn’t seen as a threat to one’s femininity generally or vise versa, again not sure about religion tho. But lesbian women, even by religious people, are way more likely to be allowed to at least live, and are way more likely to not be as brutally killed. I’d take being a lesbian women over a gay man to increase my chance of being able to live and if I do die, to not go through it as bad.
