Would it be wrong to ask a girl for date at her workplace? She works in.the building i live in. Whether she says yes or no, she will have to see me pass through and even talk to me about courier stuff.

I intend to make it plain ask and leave it at that if she says no.

All i can say is she looks down or elsewhere and smiles everytime i pass by. And she tried to joke around when i bumped into her in elevator last time.(tried to make me laugh)
