I've noticed when I text my friends with iPhones, occasionally a text will just not be delivered to them, even though it shows as sent on my phone. This has lead to situations where both of us think the other is ignoring them. Not great in early stages of texting a girl.

As far as this relates to seduction, it's impossible for me to know when this happens, short of asking them if they received a message or not. I was exchanging messages with a gal recently, she was responding quickly, sounded very interested in the soft pitch of the date but then went silent when I asked what her schedule was. Cold feet? Message not deliver? I have no idea but I'm also not sure how to follow up. She'll either see a needy looking double text or a message that makes no sense if the previous message doesn't exist for her.

I guess what I'm asking for is input on how to proceed in this kind of situation where delivery status of a text is unknown. I'd rather not just assume disinterest if its actually a technical glitch. Thoughts?
