Wait for me I need to use the bathroom

So i was in the smoking area and Infront of me was a 3 set with a beautiful blonde whom i was eyeing but couldn't approach as i couldn't think of anything lol. Luckily another girl came and stood next to me. A guy approached her and asked her few questions she replied in one-word answers, and he went away. I used that to open her

Me: Do you know him?
Her: No
Me: I guessed her nationality from her accent
Her: How did you know?
Me: I have friends from your country

And then we talked about her work, how long she has been here etc nothing too fancy
She was smiling throughout so i took that as an ioi

Me: Another day lets grab drinks?
She: Okay
Me: Gimme ur Ig
She: No
Me: No?
She: Lets do the drinks now
Me: okay
She: Do you do this every girl? (Shit test)
Me; I just smiled said nothing
She: You are a liar..
Me: Liar?
She: Yeah, you do this every other girl
Me: i just laughed it off (ignored it as again i couldn't think of anything to say atm)

I ordered shots and she held my hand led to me to the dancefloor.
We danced, she started grinding and we kissed.
After few songs she needs to go to the toilet, i hate this situation.
So I asked for her Ig, she happily typed it in.

Me: Should i wait for you?
She: You can if you want.

So i didnt want to wait its too passive, so went back to my friends.

TL;DR : Met a girl in a club, we talked did shots, kissed and she said: You can wait for me I need to use the bathroom.

What do you guys do in a situation like this? If you wait it come across as needy if you dont you may not see her again that night (I didn't see her again that night).
