What you're looking for is to escalate relationships and create sexual tension. You see, when you're with a woman laughing, etc., you already have to be closer to her and touch her gently. Escalation is about creating tension. To create tension, you have to stop just being nice and take a risk. Ways to do this: looking at her mouth while you're talking, mouth and eyes, if she looks at your mouth while you're talking, she wants to kiss you, which is already a good sign.
