I met this chick at a party a while ago. She was out of town for a few months and got back to town recently. I had made plans to meet with her via text that went something like:

"Drinks. Saturday. (Location of bar, Time). She agreed.

Well, I just get a text from her saying " "Hey, areyouacyborg, I had a late night with my architecture friends last night so I don't really want to have alcohol tonight, but I still wanted to hang out! Just wanted to let you know :P".

Where do I go from here? Do I still meet her at the bar? If not, what are some other good alternative locations to escalate? Do I just invite her to my place to chill? My plan was to bring her back to my place afterwards anyways..

Edit: I went with this - "Alright, new plan. You come over to my place, we go get ice cream, watch Netflix, catch up and chill." to which she replies by saying - "Hmm, I'd prefer to go out somewhere since I don't really know you yet...Also I'd like to get to know you, but I'm not about to hook up with anyone the first time we hang out."

My assessment of the latter part is that it's just the ASD (Anti-Slut Defense) kicking in. But I am wondering how to proceed here considering my restricted options...Any advice?
