If you want to still keep this option open, you should make one step backwards. Don't try to involve yourself too much and push if she wants to gatekeep your progress or even whole relation goal. Go with "Ok then". And let her carry an interaction a bit more herself to see if she has some interest in developing your relation and care for you. If not, she probably just enjoys attention and messing around.

Not much context here like... How'd you meet? Why's she intrigued with you? How can you tell? What led her to asking what she asked?

Not knowing that information prevents me from knowing if I'm giving you the best advice possible...

That being said, one solid path you could absolutely take is to move on and see if she comes back.

Another path you could go down would be to say something like, "oh you'll see... I always get whatever I set my mind to 😈"

How she responds to that message would give you really good clarity... If she's offended by it, block and delete. If she plays along, game on.

- Continue talking as if nothing happened. She might not be ready at after only a few days of talking. Keep advancing though.
