My wife completely blindsided me with a separation and my main concern is shared custody of my disabled son.

I love him so much and am afraid that she will use my vision disability (not bad enough to prevent) and his autism to prevent even a 40/60 arrangement for me because she woukd have to pay me child support.

I'm in BC, Canada, but would appreciate any advice from anyone around the world on help with this. Maybe even BC lawyers.
