We all heard it, men should just show their emotions, men should just cry. They will not get judged, at least not from women. And its all toxic masculinity. And if you tell them your experience, well most men have negative experience with showing emotions to a women, often to their own partner, they will point at examples like Aragorn from lord of the rings. This pisses me off, because yes, Aragorn "cries" and he is seen as a hero and women will find him overall attractive, but that is not cryin like humans would do, if they show real emotions. He controls his feelings to let out some tears run down his face. Thas not how I looked when I cried in front of my ex, because she weaponized the things I told her in confidence. It was not the reason she looked at me in disgust. Lord of the rings has a much better example, Sam, he is not that kind of hero like Aragorn, so he is allowed to really cry, which also makes him unattractive to women. Being Sam is something most men cant afford, as they will get this look of disgust by the women they trust and they will not be seen as a potential partner anymore. As we all experience but feminist deny, we cant just cry, without the women in our lives treating us different.
