Id say he had serious mental health problems as his behaviour wasnt like a criminal in that he never tried to escape arrest with nypd on the scene.

Its awful that he did this but its a major problem that men's mental health , especially hopeless men's mental health is not treated or cared for, but as soon as he commits a horrible act, everyone wants to talk about his crime and his sex.

Also if he was an illegal migrant then it's the biden/harris administration who we look at also.
