This type of thing does matter, but /u/abdada is probably right in that they won't remember it for long. I'm going to assume that this was in high school or college and not a work party, so this isn't going to be something that affects you for an extended period of time. Use this as a learning experience for the future. In the adult world you don't want to be "that guy" at parties. If you're still in school, fuck it. It was funny and you got to make out with some chicks.
