Stubborn vs Frame?

Being stubborn is being unwilling or able to change and adapt to a given situation.

Maintaining Frame requires you to adjust and change your projected view with the issues at hand but without compromising your principals and goals or succumbing to emotional reactionary behavior.

Stubborn is destructive and short sighted but can be the correct approach sometimes.

Frame is malleable but uncompromising and is ultimately always the best approach ideally.

Stubborn is mostly associated as a form of reaction from influence of others. They are emotionaly invested and anticipate a negative responce to their choices. Because they are upset for being verbally attacked, they retaliate by upseting others to get even.

When you are holding frame, you have no desire to change others emotions or opinions. Anything they do or say will not change your view or emotion about it. You dont waste any more time or energy to prove others you are right.

Some will call you stubborn and those two do share some similarities.
